Excuse me? I hand sorted and packed your order myself. There were no broken or poor quality feathers in your bag. I literally have sold thousands of bags of hand sorted feathers and, with the exception of YOU, everyone was very satisfied with their order. Not sure what the problem was, as you never bothered to contact us. Just left lousy feedback. Sure glad ebay allows us to BLOCK some people!
