L'acquisto è stato annullato perchè c'è stato un difetto di comunicazione nella proposta di vendita. La traduzione automatica non ha evidenziato la vendita degli accessori neri dei bauletti ma offriva in vendita il kit delle valige. Dopo l'acquisto il venditore ha inviato mail di conferma con specificato i beni in vendita. Trattativa annullata da parte dell'acquirente ed accettata da parte del venditore che è stato corretto ed ha specificato che ha riscontrato questa anomalia solo in Italia.

L'acquirente ha interpretato male l'annuncio. Pensava che 3 casse sarebbero state 75,00 euro. Il prezzo avrebbe dovuto essere un indizio per lui. Tuttavia, abbiamo visto l'errore e abbiamo contattato immediatamente il cliente per avvisarlo del suo errore e abbiamo rimborsato i suoi soldi senza indugio perché sapevamo che aveva interpretato male.
