Awful to deal with! First Lin threatened to BAN me because I asked THREE questions about the item. Then she charged me postage even though the description clearly stated "FREE POSTAGE ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA". Finally, instead of addressing the discrepancy I just got stonewalled.
