Contacted seller that karaoke CD was to the extreme of poor quality. Asked what type of resolution could be made. Offered to return CD. Seller asked questions pertaining to type of instrument I’m using. I sent responses respectfully. Seller became angry & began mocking my messages. Seller threatened me with no replacement or a refund which is unacceptable. BEWARE of Seller Technique. Contacting EBay to further assist in return and a full refund.

Seller sent 32 Messages within an hour. All of them like she was unhinged, before we could even respond. Said ONE disk worked,, one did not. Would NOT tell us which one worked,, just DEMANDED full refund. Did not make sense and teh emails keep coming in with NO explanation as to which CD worked.
The she said both CD's were excellent, so we said there was no need for refund.
Weird encounter, for sure.
