Not a good transaction, I won the auction for a very low price and paid straight away. Seller marked it as sent but provided no tracking despite it being advertised as being tracked, when I asked about the tracking number seller claimed to not be able to find it and refunded even though the item wasn’t even due yet so it’s pretty clear that they didn’t get the price they wanted and never sent it at all.

This Buyer doesn't know what they are talking about, we actioned the refund on our own accord after loosing the Tracking Receipt before uploading it and never received a reply from the buyer as to whether or not they received it yet, if we were worried about the price it was sold at we would never have put it for auction starting at $1 and if we never sent it, it would be listed for sale again but it's not, we are the ones out of pocket not the buyer after loosing both the DVD & the Postage cost
