I would higly recommend this seller as the product arrived quickly by FedEx, undamaged and looking exactly like the pictures.
As a side note, I would never have imagined that a proper rice cooker would make such difference!

The item never arrived. I contacted the seller and they contacted the shipping company. The seller then notified me that the shipper had told them it was lost in shipment. The seller was going to refund me in total until the pen was located however, I was buying this as a gift so I requested a refund and cancel the order. The seller was great to work with.
