My package arrived in Colombia more than a month after its expected delivery date but I can’t fault Artscape Galleries on their customer service. They were extremely responsive, answering every query promptly. In the end they resent not one but two more packages by upgraded priority mail, even though the delay was the fault of eBay’s international shipping service, and beyond their control. We got there in the end. EBay’s international shipping is terrible but Artscape are fantastic.
