    The shipping company damaged the box. The box showed severe damage to two adjacent corners. The item was packaged very well and mostly survived the impact. Santa lost an arm and the top of his cap. I have repaired the item and like it very much. It was a good value and looks as described. I don't blame the seller for this damage.
