Placed order, seller sent message saying they couldn’t locate the item and that a refund was going to be issued. Received the refund quickly and in timely manner. Disappointing they couldn’t fill the order but can’t complain either - sometimes shortages happen, they handled it quickly and apologeticly and professionally. They did the best they could given the situation- I won’t fault them after that.
