The item came cracked, broken and squished in two, it was clear it was down to how it was packaged not down to the courier. Oh well I lost money. But now the company won’t stop messaging me asking for a review. I told them it was broken and money was lost. They still keep messaging me even after asking them not to. I do not want a replacement, I’m not even bothered about a refund. It would be nice but I’d rather just not be harassed to give a positive review when mine is 100% negative!
