The seller had great communication, making contact and arrangements as soon as they could, and being very responsive overall. The item seems to be exactly as it was described to be (minus the operating system, being Windows 11 rather than Windows 10, but meh, not a big deal as I'll generally replace that anyways), and the item seems to have been really greatly taken care of overall; very slight/subtle signs of normal usage, but overall pretty much just like new.
