Seller marked item for dispatch in good time, however they failed to actually dispatch it for 4 days until I sent a message, which was ignored. Listing advised dpd24h service. Seller sent RM48 after delay. Item arrived late, poorly packaged, with a hole in it and dirty. Opened item to find white marks all over it which look like it was printed then rolled up when still damp. Pvc wasn't cut and folded correctly leaving some white lines on the edge of item. Cr@p service. cr@p item. Didn't refund.

We printed this job on time and delivered it as promised. There was no dishonesty involved. We even adjusted the artwork to the correct size since it wasn't set up properly. We are a highly reputable company and provide excellent quality work.
