Just received the package through USPS ...package was empty and the bottom portion had obviously been slit and heavily scotch taped. Seller perovided immediate refund and will do business again next month hoping that a second try will produce the item. I blame this loss on the USPS especially since Virginia has been having numerous issues with mail handling over the past few months.
