The saddle is stuck in customs and YES, I have contacted the seller several times now and their solution to the issue is to send another one? Don't know how a new one is going to get through customs any sooner than the one that's already sitting there. I just want and need a FULL refund now so I can hopefully get another saddle for my daughter as she's needing it in a few weeks and needs to have time to ride in the new saddle prior to her upcoming competition. Please just get me a refund, Thanks
