I ended up buying the wrong size from this seller. I had never worn this type of shoe before so could not know that.
They've responded the same exact way three times and did so very unprofessionally.
I return the shoes in the exact same packaging and box, they still tried to cut my refund by a large percentage.
Once I got eBay involved, I was fully refunded, but it shouldn't have been this much work.
