this buyer in south america instead of choosing Ebay international delivery had his item shipped to a freight forwarder in miami to avoid paying import duties. USPS tracking shows delivery confirmation to this correct address on april 4, 12:47pm. It is well known that freight forwarders lose a lot of packages. It is not fair to blame the seller on ebay when it is the freight forwarders fault. Choose ebay international shipping for your future purchases and not a freight forwarding service
