Can't fault seller & speedy delivery. However there is a slight problem with frame, the down bar doesn't fit snuggly into base support, resulting in chair upframe bar leaning to side once you sit in chair, plus gap allows rainwater to get inside base tubing which overtime I expect will rust away base. I got some self adhesive rubber tape & made a collar for the down bar end which now sits snuggly into base. If using outdoors get some rubber dots for base to buffer metal/paving grinding noise.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! I bought this and was hugely disappointed. It arrived with all the screws and instructions missing. A week later I received them and then continued to build this. Then there was 3 further bits missing for all the chairs which took a further 3 days to arrive. Finally after getting it all built the rattan is snapped in places, there is a big scratch on the glass table top when taking the protective wrapping off. We are so disappointed!!! Avoid buying this set!!!
