Was sent the shoes which were good quality in not too lengthy a time period but the experience I had with this seller was less than positive. The package was returned once and when trying to sort this I found this seller extremely unforthcoming and rather unfriendly. Many back and forth messages were sent to try and finalise all of the details around re-postage and each message I received seemed hostile and just plain rude. As said, item was great, experience less so.
