The earrings I ordered had a flaw. One of the gold dots was missing. Nothing was said about this flaw in the description of the item. I contacted the seller when I got the earrings. He responded saying that the price had been lowered enough to compensate for the flaw. He hadn’t noticed the missing dot. I could return them and get my money back. I kept them and am having them repaired. I was just upset that nothing was said about the flaw on the eBay page. It was very obvious! I felt deceived.

These NEW John Hardy 18K Gold and Silver Dot Earrings with original JH price tags we sent to this buyer were as sold by John Hardy... We had no reason to suspect and did not notice any faults or defects as these were brand new... When the buyer contacted us we offered a full refund if the seller wanted to return the earrings to us? We did not make or manufacture these earrings and yet this buyer wants to hold us responsible. She leaves us negative feedback for a problem we tried to solve? WOW
