The glass tiebacks were broken beyond repair. Annabelle said she packed the glass tiebacks herself and they were safe. Annabelle asked me to mail back the tiebacks and issued me a credit and said she would send a check for the postage. She seem like a really sweet person, if you order from her it would be best to have her take the item to UPS or FedEx to insure its pack properly.
