This has been a difficult experience. Cardigans’ measurements are very odd and the seller responds only with one-liners, rather than ever answering your direct questions. Very frustrating and unsatisfactory. I think there is a clear language barrier here. Also returns are offered but such cost a fortune as the only address provided is in Shanghai. Be warned.
