The refills were slightly smaller than the original, by about .04 mm. Doesn't seem like much, but it's held in by friction on the pen that I purchased them for (a zebra telescoping pen), and it kept falling out. I finally squeezed it a little on the end and made it oval, which was enough to get the pen to hold it. Shipping was weird, the estimated time kept changing, but in the end it arrived, so no problem.
