The computer was damaged badly by Fedex during shipment, however the seller was very nice and gave me a prompt refund / and I returned it. More details - Fedex may have set a heavy pallet or something on top of the box, crushing the computer & box, and then Fedex reboxed and labled it! The label even said it was a "relabel". It was the craziest thing I have ever seen. However - to confirm - the seller was very nice & it was not his fault in any way and deserves 5 stars for solving a problem.
