Unfortunately this is true. I dropped the plate as I was packing it up to ship. I offered to exchange it for anything in my store up to a $100.00 value and the customer chose a refund which was processed immediately, Also was purchased on a Friday, and this happened on a Monday, which explains the 4 days.
