As advertised. Looks good, not used yet, but powered up and cycled thru the menus and all worked fine. Nice case, and the soldering appears good. Came with the power supply and antenna, though I plan on constructing a dipole for outside mounting. Power continually adjustable from 0.1 through 15W which is what I need to conform to regulations (lowest power setting). Also has the 75 us pre-emphasis setting for US. Can't confirm the chipset as it appears to be under a metal shield, or purity.

I didn't realize that controlling the power is done in very small steps. I was helped within a day. The communication in advance also went well. The transmitter not only looks solid, it is also solid. recommended!
