Item arrived relatively quickly. Seller sent a power cord that I couldn’t use because it was for a European country. Had to purchase another power cord. Description didn’t state needing own power cord.
Other than that it seems to work as intended. Only got it up and running after having to wait to order the power cord.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the power supply included. We did clearly state at the top of the listing description that the unit comes with a Argentina Power Supply only.
