Emailed to state they had account issues and relisted item for a new higher price. Then emailed asking where refund was and told would be afew days to clear but has not been processed at all. Have had to request refund again. Poor seller.

The refund has been initiated and glitched. Naturally the buyer has now been refunded all of their £11.99 and can now sleep peacefully at night.
I’m glad that they’ve included the screenshot to show that they were given the opportunity to buy the item again at THE SAME price, as they’ve originally bought it after submitting the lowest offer which has been accepted and has remained the same on the new listing. But that they’ve refused as they are clearly as oversensitive as they are cheap 🙄
