Se si verifica un guasto durante il periodo di garanzia, è necessario notificare e consegnare l'articolo in garanzia a Desguaces Armonía SL, che valuterà la parte e procederà alla sostituzione o al rimborso dell'importo. Se la parte non è difettosa, consegnerà un buono per il suo valore, scambiabile con parti in magazzino.

La garanzia non copre manodopera, difetti, danni causati dal guasto del pezzo, da un cattivo assemblaggio o dal mancato rispetto della manutenzione indicata dal produttore dello stesso. Tutti i pezzi di ricambio hanno un tempo massimo di restituzione di 7 giorni, a patto che non siano stati manomessi e venga presentata la fattura che lo provi, dopodiché non saranno accettati resi. Ai sensi dell'articolo 18 RD 782/98 sviluppo della legge 11/97 sugli imballaggi e sui rifiuti di imballaggio.

Il responsabile della consegna del/i contenitore/i dei rifiuti utilizzati per una corretta gestione ambientale sarà il proprietario finale.
