Ordered the Note 10 Plus,and when I finished setting up the phone went to a firmware download screen and wouldn't do anything else. Contacted seller and they wanted me to get a partial refund and have it fixed but no shops around here do that and I wasn't going to get a new phone repaired. Seller keeps insisting on partial refund. Now can't get a response from them. Poor customer service,buyer beware.
