The Soap dispenser doesn't dispense soap. Bought two units, one worked, one did not. Contacted the seller advising the issue and that I tried using the power cord for the working unit with the non working unit but still fails. The sensor doesn't work, as it doesn't try to dispense soap / make the sound the other one does.
Seller asked if I had read the instructions, then hasn't responded any further.
The one that does work, works well, so very disappointing with the poor service.
