L' oggetto non è funzionante, mi è costato 3 ore di lavoro, e me ne costerebbe altre 3 ore più il materiale per smontarlo e fare il reso. Mi avrebbe fatto piacere un po più di comprensione visto che il lavoro è stato effettuato in concessionario Ducati ufficiale. Mi ritrovo con tempo e soldi spesi inutilmente. Nelle foto la prova dopo il pieno il cruscotto indica serbatio vuoto.

gentile cliente, ma se l'oggetto non è funzionante andrebbe smontato comunque dal mezzo, le abbiamo semplicemente chiesto il reso per effettuare il rimborso, lei sostiene che dovrebbe avere il rimborso senza reso prodotto, ma è normale lasciare un galleggiante non funzionante nel mezzo? capisco la manodopera ma mi vuol far credere che consegnerà comunque quella moto con galleggiante non funzionante?
