    WE ARE SORRY ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE. WE ASKED FOR PICTURES OF THE ACTUAL DAMAGE AND WHAT WAS DAMAGED. WE NEEDED THIS INFO TO FILE A CLAIM. WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PICTURES OF THE ACTUALLY DAMAGES …ONLY THEM SAYING THERE WAS DAMAGE AND A SLIGHT RIP IN THE SHRINK WRAP. THEY WOULDN’T EVEN SAY WHAT WAS DAMAGED. HOW COULD WE FILE A CLAIM?
