    The battery sold with the item barely has any charge left. The first photo shows an “ERROR” message and the battery icon is showing very low levels which mean the battery level is low and needs to be replaced. The shipping cost was not very transparent. I now have to spend more to get new batteries. The image shows two of the same thermometer but what you get are in the second photo.

    if any questions you had needed to be answered that you couldn't understand from a simple ad, I would have been happy to answer. I Only sell products, I would never intentionally sell a new item and it not work properly. If you would have let me know I would have happily replaced it for you or refunded you for the troubles. You bought and recieved the item super fast over a holiday weekend and the first thing you do is leave a bad reply without any thought. Grow up guy.
