Communications started out positive and efficient. Contacted him several times when I hadn't yet received order and was frustrated chasing him down. He finally got back to me when I complained to ebay, and told me he couldn't find the item I ordered. I have him a few days to find it and he never did. Finally got refunded, bit experience was very frustrating and a waste of my time since I never even got what I ordered.
