Disappointed in Thriftbooks. I have ordered many, many books from them, but never a dvd. They sent me the wrong dvd. I contacted them and they wanted me to return the dvd and wait for a refund. They did not have the dvd I ordered in stock anymore. Too much of a hassle for me when it was not my mistake.
