Even though I didn’t receive the items, I got contacted to check if I had it, I’d said I hadn’t but I hadn’t got in touch as hadn’t passed the delivery date! With that they apologised and sent me a full refund! Honestly even though I don’t have the item I can’t fault the customer service.
