The straps were all torn up underneath where sellers couldn't see, but I tried to fix it since the top looked good. They would accept the return, but I had tried to make some modifications by that time using super glue and metal eyelets. Didn't quite work, but usable.

Buyer was offered full and complete refund with the return of the shoes but they refused to open a return (we always offer free no hassle returns, regardless of the reason) Also would not provide any photos of claimed damage. Review of listing photos clearly showed no damage, which would have been visiable (Claimed new holes were punched in straps without rivets). Buyer requested refund but with keeping item or would leave negative feedback. Shady buyer
