I kindly accepted to take your return and to refund your money minus the shipping and fees, even though my policy was to not accept returns. I don't understand this negative feedback as you said it was fair and accepted the proposition. The reason you wanted to return is because these are not DVDs, but it's very obvious they are VHS... It's written in the title, category, description and there are many photos of the items under all angles... What more am I suppose to do?
