Very expensive model arrived broken, as the item had not been repacked correctly after the photos taken (the packaging is designed to support it when correctly orientated in the polystyrene base). Notified seller of the issue, they immeadiately suggested a 35% refund, which I accepted and was reasonable. I didn't want return as I paid the huge import charges. Despite emailing every few days, I did NOT get the refund promised. Seller cannot be trusted - marked as avoid in future. Untrustworthy.
