I would have given a positive review, even with the shipping time having taken 3 days longer than estimated, but I was absolutely shocked at the packaging method used. For such a rare item that I paid quite a premium for (almost 4 times the original retail vaiue!) I was hoping you would've had a little more respect--like maybe protecting it within a shipping box. Instead, you ship it all the way from Japan to the USA wrapped in a few sheets of bubble wrap, shoved into a mailing bag!

I was planning to save the product package, as I have done with all of my other model kits of this kind, but the box was somewhat crushed due to the substandard packing. It certainly did not look like this in the pictures, nor was it described as such. I'm just lucky that all of the sprues and parts survived unbroken, so I will at least be able to enjoy building the actual model. Nevertheless, the seller took quite the risk, and I am not very pleased with that.

I thought I was getting everything, including in the listing, I didn’t just want the game alone, I feel like I was scammed kinda. I want my money back. The game by itself was a lot cheaper alone I saw online so for everything I thought this was a good deal. I’m just really hurt.
