Non spediamo materiale rotto, a meno che lei lo voglia lo stesso anche se rotto, a noi i soldi del rimborso li hanno addebitati, il ritardo dell'accredito sul suo conto dipende esclusivamente dalla sua banca per cui non deve prendersela con noi.
Se non tollera che in fase di imballo ci si accorge che un ricambio è rotto è meglio che non comra on line, a meno che lei voglia ricevere ricambi rotti senza che vengano controllati prima della spedizione
