Long story short , but despite reiterating several times that I had not received the trainers ordered the seller implied I lied. Very dismayed by the seller's attitude and poor customer service in this instance, which would have been infinitely better if they'd just tried to investigate and perhaps take it up with the courier as I never received my order at all.
