Long story short , but despite reiterating several times that I had not received the trainers ordered the seller implied I lied. Very dismayed by the seller's attitude and poor customer service in this instance, which would have been infinitely better if they'd just tried to investigate and perhaps take it up with the courier as I never received my order at all.

Long story short…you opened a case stating we sent you a coat you would find at a car boot sale (when we only sell branded clothing) and not the adidas trainers. You opened a case and eBay sided with us, so then you opened a returns request stating you’d received the wrong item. So this was expected - however, it’s been reported to eBay and ActionFraud so we will get our money back.
