I bought a bedside table lamp with a glass shade that was packed to perfection arrived on time and wasn't damaged. Put the lamp together plugged it in and it started flashing on and off depending on how the cord was situated. Notified the seller explained what was happening and told them I made a video. They stated no problem gave me a full refund. Great Service
