    I wanted 32GB of ECC memory, and the seller contacted me to confirm it wasn't a mistake, since it doesn't work with all setups. They also offered to check compatibility with my motherboard, which was helpful. They mentioned the memory was tested before shipping, which is a nice touch. The memory was delivered quickly and was properly detected as ECC by my motherboard. I ran MemTest86+ for a couple of hours, and so far, no issues! I'll definitely buy from them again if I need more memory!

    The seller cancelled our order and told us the item was "out of stock". We communicated, asked about when it would be back, and shortly thereof, the listing price (same listing) increased by double! We asked why, etc. ... At this point, about a week was wasted; still, we attempted to kindly negotiate, but were ignored from the start ... Whatever really happened here, we definitely don't believe the seller was honest with us. Moreover, we found the same RAM for less elsewhere! ... Beware.
