It is made of slate blue gray color velvet fabric trimmed with an array of colorful pheasant feathers and long tail feathers. This fabulous feathered toque hat has a tall, brimless, close fitting style, with a pair of long pheasant tail feathers cascading from one side, a slate blue sheer tulle net covering, protecting the pheasant feathers around the edging and is fully lined in a black cotton fabric sewn inside. The hat measures 4 inches tall, 22 inches inside crown circumference and has 25 inch long pheasant tail feather trim on the side. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a rare and opulent lavish piece of millinery art.”
