DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I purchased this item which was advertised as a Pampered Chef product but turned out to be a cheap knock off that was made in China by Yiwu Qihong Electrical Appliances Co, Inc. I contacted the seller and documented everything with pictures, however, they seem to be using a stalling technique without offering a resolution. This is a matter of false advertising and is definitely not a Pampered Chef item which is the only reason I ordered this product.
