I received the ornament in a timely manner, however as you can see on the attached pictures, the shipping box had a lot of damage and the ornament box received damage as well. Luckily the ornament is not damaged! However, as you know the ornament box is very important because it adds value to a Hallmark ornament. I contacted the seller about the issue, even attached the pictures, but have not received any response from the seller within the past week.
