The items didn't work. I put a lot of work into saving things on these and they don't work at all soon as you take them out everything disappears. Definitely counterfeit. I hate leaving anyone negative feedback but I gave them three chances to answer my messages and they have chosen to ignore them for days on end. I'm sick of buying counterfeit stuff online and people that sell this stuff should be disciplined for not vetting but they're selling first. D-
