Seller notes: “This is a 2001 Blue Sky Clayworks trinket box designed by Heather Goldminc. It is a mother sea ... “This is a 2001 Blue Sky Clayworks trinket box designed by Heather Goldminc. It is a mother sea turtle with her baby by her side. Her shell is hinged and opens so your small trinkets can be saved or perhaps used as a tealight candle holder. She has an iridescent green glaze with gold trim along her shell. She is hand-painted and is a sweet, folk art figurine. She measures 4" long x 3.75" wide x 1.75" tall. She weighs 5 oz. She is in fair condition. There is some slight wear to her gold paint. Her hinge is a little loose. Her head has been broken off and glued back on. It is very difficult to see the repair when her shell is in place but once you lift her shell, you can see the repair. Personally, I think she is still very sweet and a great addition to your turtle collection. Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this collectible cutie.”
